"Hi Shelley, I wanted to thank you for your Doula expertise and supporting me through the birth of my son. I remember all of the counter pressure you did as contractions were happening REALLY helped me get through it and minimized the pain so much. The lavender essential oil, and damp wash cloth were great too. I really enjoyed it placed over my eyes as it helped me to fully relax. Over all, it was an incredible experience. It's absolutely unbelievable how someone could reduce pain with touch. I'm so grateful and i'm really happy I chose you to be my birth doula. We love you!"
